Your site will host your own searchable MLS/IDX Listings. Monthly fees from MLS Provider may apply.
- A $1,500 Retainer fee is required at the start of work.
- If work exceeds 45 hours due to client demands, $35 will be charged for each additional hour of work (We will not do additional work without first talking to the client).

When your site is complete, we create video tutorials to demonstrate how to update, add or edit content (including portfolio or picture galleries). The videos are placed on an exclusive admin page that only and selected staff can see.

- Implement new design through social media platforms (Create appropriate sized logo and cover graphics for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.). Price includes up to 4 Social Media accounts ($25 fee for additional social media accounts)
